North Miami Center to Remain Open & Relocating

Dear Patients,

GREAT NEWS!!! Miami Beach Community Health Center will not be closing its center in the City of North Miami.

We will be relocating our offices to 1100 N.E. 125th Street, North Miami. Thanks to the efforts of Miami-Dade County Commissioner Dorrin D. Rolle, we were able to secure an affordable, temporary location while we continue to work with the City on securing a permanent home to serve you. We will always service the residents of North Miami in a cohesive fashion at any of our health centers, and have a profound appreciation for those of you that support our health center.

Allow me the pleaseure of inviting you to a grand opening of Miami Beach Community Health Center at North Miami on September 1, 2009. The health center will open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is located at 1100 N.E. 125 street, suite 100, North Miami, FL 33161. The new premisis will be the offices from which we will serve you. We will also be providing transportation from the old North Miami Center to our new health center to assist you in this transition.

We truly hope that the Mayor and the legislative body of the City of North Miami, as well as state and federal government, will continue to consider this issue into the budget. It is important that you continue to contact your local politicians now and voice your concern about the funding for the Miami Beach Community Health Center at North Miami.
